Golden Visa for Professionals
All professionals and exceptionally gifted workers with advanced degrees and work experience are qualified for the Golden visa if they:
- Holding an active employment contract with a Director level designation in the UAE.
- Personal bank account six-month bank statement.
- A university education (fully attested)
- Certificate of equivalence from the ministry of education
- You earn more than 50,000 AED (USD 14,000) each month in compensation.
Golden Visa for Investors
If they satisfy one of the following conditions, real estate investors in the UAE may apply for a golden visa:
- Purchase a property for at least AED 2 million (USD 545,000).
- Purchase one or more off-plan homes from recognized local real estate firms for a minimum of AED 2 million (USD 545,000).
- If you have a down payment of AED 2 million (USD 545,000) or more and the property has been handed over, and your home is financed.
- If a person owns a 2 million AED (USD 545,000) handover property in Dubai, they are eligible for this property visa.
Required Documents
Application Requirements for Professionals:
- NOC letter from the company that allows an employee to hold golden residency, also it should mention that the service period is not less than 1 year as a general manager – executive, director – chairman of the board of directors.
- Attested degree certificate (bachelor’s degree or higher + university degree equivalency) – Degree must be attested from the UAE embassy of the home country and Ministry of foreign affairs in Dubai.
- Salary certificate (not less than 30,000 AED (USD 8,000)/Monthly)
- Labour contract with the same profession and salary mentioned on the salary certificate.
- Bank statements (last 6 months showing monthly salary and salary must show in the statement and not withdrawn second day, if the salary withdrawn second day of the deposit to another account, we will require a second bank statement showing the same)
- Passport and visa copy
- Dubai visa required
